Analogous Estimating
Analogous Estimating is a technique used to estimate the duration or cost of a project based on historical data from similar projects. This method uses previous project experiences and outcomes as a reference to make rough estimates for current project activities. Although not highly accurate, it is useful for projects with limited information and when quick estimates are needed.
