In case CertifyEra team cancels the training session, we will issue 100% refund
Cancellations request from candidates received a minimum 7 days prior to the commencement of training session would be offered 50% refund of total payment made by them and applicable processing fee. Instead of cancelling the registration, get yourself enrolled for next available batch and get the full benefit.
Cancellation requests received less than 7 days to the training would not be eligible for any refund and would be given a choice to attend any of the upcoming batches
Re-scheduling Policy:
CertifyEra is responsible to conduct the training courses as per the planned schedule. However, we reserve the right to postpone/cancel the session, or we can change the location at any point in time due to some unavoidable reasons. All the details will be intimated well in advance.
