Refund Policy

  • Refund Policy:

    • In case CertifyEra team cancels the training session, we will issue 100% refund
    • Cancellations request from candidates received a minimum 7 days prior to the commencement of training session would be offered 50% refund of total payment made by them and applicable processing fee. Instead of cancelling the registration, get yourself enrolled for next available batch and get the full benefit.
    • Cancellation requests received less than 7 days to the training would not be eligible for any refund and would be given a choice to attend any of the upcoming batches

  • Re-scheduling Policy:

    • CertifyEra is responsible to conduct the training courses as per the planned schedule. However, we reserve the right to postpone/cancel the session, or we can change the location at any point in time due to some unavoidable reasons. All the details will be intimated well in advance.
