1. Is the fees different for other region students?

Yes, the PMP exam fees differs from region to region. 

2. Is there any validity of the PMP certification?

Yes, PMP certification is valid for 3 years which means, every 3 years you need to renew your certification by reporting 60 PDUs (Professional Development Units) and paying the renewal fees before it expires and the next certification cycle will be counted from the date when the certificate is about to expire.

3. Is there any validity for the PMP training completion certificate? 

No, there is no particular validity period with regard to completion of PMP training and getting the course completion certificate. But the aspirant need to retake the training in the event of change of PMP exam format or any changes as published by PMI.
