Refund Policy

  • Refund Policy:

    • Cancellations request from candidates received a minimum 7 days prior to the commencement of training session would be offered 50% refund of total payment made by them and applicable processing fee. Instead of cancelling the registration, get yourself enrolled for next available batch and get the full benefit. The candidate can attend any of the future batches until there are no changes in the fees structure of Certifyera or the fees/ material charges/ membership charges / exam charges/ or any other fees from the governing body. In case of any fees changes, the candidate will have to pay the difference amount if he/she wants to join the new batch.
    • Cancellation requests received less than 7 days to the training would not be eligible for any refund and would be given a choice to attend any of the upcoming batches until there are no changes in the fees structure of Certifyera or the fees/ material charges/ membership charges / exam charges/ or any other fees from the governing body. In case of any fees changes, the candidate will have to pay the difference amount if he/she wants to join the new batch.

  • Re-scheduling Policy:

    • In case CertifyEra team cancels the training session due to some unforeseen reason and if CertifyEra is not re-scheduling the batch, we will issue the refund after deducting the processing fees. but if CertifyEra is Re-scheduling the planned batch, there won't be any refund issued and the candidate has to join the batch as per new schedule and venue.
    • CertifyEra is responsible to conduct the training courses as per the planned schedule. However, we reserve the right to postpone/cancel the session, or we can change the location/venue at any point in time due to some unavoidable reasons. All the details will be intimated well in advance. In cas, the new schedule or venue is not convenient to the candidate, he/she may choose to join any future batch until there are no changes in the fees structure of Certifyera or the fees/ material charges/ membership charges / exam charges/ or any other fees from the governing body. In case of any fees changes, the candidate will have to pay the difference amount if he/she wants to join the new batch.
